Sourced with our partner Silva Cacao and produced by Lagunas Amazonas in Peru.
This is a very fruity bean, so we chose a light roast to preserve all the delicate fruit and berry notes.
Crafted with only two natural, wholesome ingredients: cacao beans and dates.

Smooth, with prominent notes of pear, cherry, currant, and liquorice. You can feel the taste of the earth of Peru.
