Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

France: 2–4 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs

France: €5 — free for orders over €45
EU: €6 — free for orders over €50
International: €10 free for orders over €100

Carriers We ship via Colissimo. A tracking number is provided by email once your order has shipped.

Customs & duties (international orders) Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
